Job Responsibilities:

1. Washroom Cleaning

   • Clean and sanitize washrooms multiple times a day.

   • Ensure soap, tissue, and water are always available.

   • Report any plumbing or repair issues immediately.

   • Maintain proper hygiene and odor-free environment.

2. Tea/Water Service

   • Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests politely.

   • Clean utensils, cups, and serving trays after use.

   • Keep the pantry area neat and stocked with basic items.

3. Dusting and General Cleaning

   • Dust furniture, shelves, counters, mirrors, and lights daily.

   • Clean glass surfaces with proper cloth and liquid.

   • Keep the floor clean through sweeping and mopping.

4. Stock and Delivery Assistance

   • Help in loading/unloading stock or supplies.

   • Carry stock to shelves or storage areas as instructed.

   • Assist in unpacking and basic labeling if required.

5. Garbage Disposal

   • Empty dustbins from all store areas regularly.

   • Dispose of waste in the right way (wet/dry separation if needed).

   • Maintain cleanliness in the back area and near dustbins.

6. Basic Store Maintenance

   • Report any damage to furniture, doors, lights, or ACs.

   • Switch off unused lights, fans, and appliances to save power.

   • Ensure floor mats, carpets, and decor are clean and aligned.

7. Assisting Staff

   • Help during rush hours or store events (e.g. carry bags, assist in decoration).

   • Support in small errands within or around the store.

   • Maintain professional behavior with staff and customers.

8. Customer Help (if needed)

   • Greet customers politely if required.

   • Guide them to the staff if they ask for help.

   • Avoid interfering unless asked or trained.

9. Personal Hygiene and Behavior

   • Wear neat and clean uniform daily.

   • Maintain personal cleanliness and good grooming.

   • Be polite, honest, and punctual at all times.

• Should be physically fit and active

• Willing to do cleaning, support, and serving work
