1 Greet and direct customers
2 Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after- sales services)
3 Answer customer's questions about specific products/services
4 Conduct price and feature comparisions to facilitate purchasing
5 Cross-sell products
6 Ensure racks are fully stocked
7 Manage returns of merchandise
8 Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak time)
9 Inform customers about discounts and special offers 10 Stay up-to-date with new products/services
