Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Incharge to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the store including inventory control, material handling, and housekeeping.
Maintain accurate stock levels through physical verification and timely system updates.
Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issue of goods as per company policies.
Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and documentation (GRN, challans, invoices, etc.).
Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
Implement and maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the store area.
Manage store staff including scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoring.
