Job Summary:

Roastery Coffee House is looking for a Junior Store Assistant to support daily store operations, handle inventory updates, and assist in stock management. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in store handling, retail assistance, or inventory tracking, with proficiency in data entry and stock updates to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update store inventory records regularly

• Perform data entry for stock movements and purchases

• Assist in order processing, stock tracking, and vendor coordination

• Ensure proper tagging and placement of goods for accessibility

• Provide customer assistance, answering queries and guiding purchases

• Monitor incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product quality

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area

• Work closely with the store manager and other team members

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: 10th Pass or Any Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in store management, retail, or inventory handling

• Proficiency in data entry, stock tracking, and basic record-keeping

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on interview performance)
