Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-friendly female candidate to join our team as a Laundry Counter Sales Executive. The role involves handling front-desk operations, assisting customers with laundry orders, processing payments, and making occasional follow-up calls to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Receive, tag, and log laundry items accurately into the system.

• Provide service details, price estimates, and delivery timelines.

• Handle cash and electronic payments, issue receipts, and update order records.

• Address customer inquiries or concerns and escalate issues when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter.

• Make calls to customers for:

• Order pickup reminders

• Delivery confirmations

• Customer feedback

• Promotions or special offers

• Coordinate with the laundry processing team for timely service.

• Promote loyalty programs and additional services as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month (negotiable)

Schedule:

• Day shift
