Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Procurement Professionals (Female) to join our dynamic team in Indiranagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, and end-to-end procurement processes — ensuring timely and cost-effective purchase of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete procurement cycle — from vendor identification to purchase order and delivery follow-up.

• Negotiate rates, payment terms, and contracts to achieve optimal cost savings.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, accounts) to understand requirements and timelines.

• Maintain vendor database and develop new vendor relationships for quality and reliability.

• Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedules.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, purchase records, and documentation.

• Handle material approvals and quality checks in coordination with technical teams.

• Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement (preferably in construction, interiors, or manufacturing sectors).

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.

• Good working knowledge of Excel, ERP systems, and documentation.

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
