Sales Manager - Furniture Showroom
Responsibilities:
a) Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
b)Guide and motivate the sales team.
c) Train staff on products and sales techniques.
d) Attend to customers and handle their queries or complaints.
e) Ensure the showroom is neat and displays are well arranged.
f) Coordinate with delivery and accounts teams for order completion.
g) Maintain sales records and report to management.
h) Plan basic promotions and help increase showroom footfall.
Requirements:
a) Graduate in MBA-Marketing.
b) 5–10 years of sales experience (preferably in Furniture / Retail).
c) Excellent communication and leadership skills.
d) Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Work Details:
6 days a week
Timings: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Salary - 35k to 45k
