Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Handle high-value clients and resolve escalated customer issues effectively.
Maintain showroom ambiance and cleanliness to create a luxury shopping experience.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff.
Manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Ensure proper stock display, tagging, and regular stock audits.
Coordinate with purchase and logistics for stock replenishment.
Prevent stock loss through tight security and process control.
Showroom Operations:
Supervise daily operations including billing, cash management, and visual merchandising.
Maintain showroom infrastructure, safety, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
