Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Manager to lead and manage our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the showroom team, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining the overall visual and operational standards of the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable home & décor products.
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory and procurement teams, and ensure timely replenishment.
Develop and implement strategies to increase footfall and enhance overall sales performance.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and share insights with management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and showroom discipline.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (3–8 years) in retail sales management, preferably in home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or luxury retail sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS/CRM software.
