3. Safety Compliance

 Ensure all customers wear helmets and follow showroom’s safety instructions.

 Accompany the customer during test rides if required (for tandem tests).

 Report any incidents or unusual behavior immediately.

4. Product Knowledge & Demo

 Answer questions about vehicle models, features, and differences.

 Explain key selling points such as mileage, comfort, service intervals, and warranty.

 Demonstrate electronic or smart features (especially for electric scooters/bikes).

5. Coordination with Sales Team

 Coordinate with the sales executive for test ride slots and vehicle handover.

 Collect customer feedback post-ride and share it with the sales team.

 Report on vehicle usage and availability.

6. Vehicle Maintenance & Reporting

 Track test vehicle usage, mileage, and service due dates.

 Report vehicle faults or damages to the technical team immediately.

 Keep logbooks of test rides and customer details as per showroom policy.
