Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer service, and experience in automobile or retail showroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler options

• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options

• Assist customers through the purchase process and ensure smooth delivery

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on pricing and inventory

• Manage daily sales reports, test drives, and documentation

• Follow up with leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery

• Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (automobile sector preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Basic understanding of two-wheeler models and specifications

• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in using MS Office and sales tools

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English is a plus
