As part of our telesales and telemarketing team, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our products/services, and converting potential customers through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers.

• Introduce and promote company products and services.

• Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Maintain customer databases and track leads effectively.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide high-level customer service and address customer inquiries.

• Maintain a positive relationship with existing customers and upsell products when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Knowledge of the showroom industry or related sectors is a plus.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
