Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through showroom and field sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with walk-in customers at the showroom, understand their needs, and suggest suitable vehicle options.

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers and generate new leads.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales.

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the internal team for test drives, vehicle delivery, and documentation.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: PUC / Graduation (any discipline)

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Automobile / Two-wheeler / Four-wheeler Sales

• Languages: Kannada & English (Mandatory)

• Age Limit: 19 – 35 years

• Driving License: 2-Wheeler & 4-Wheeler (Mandatory)

• Vehicle: Own 2-Wheeler (Mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
