Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection, aquarium setup, and fish care

• Maintain clean and healthy aquariums (freshwater and marine)

• Feed and monitor the health of fish, plants, and other aquatic animals

• Perform regular water testing and tank cleaning

• Stock and organize merchandise including food, equipment, and decor

• Provide advice on aquatic life compatibility and tank conditions

• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and daily shop operations

• Support inventory checks and receive new stock

• Educate customers on aquarium maintenance and best practices

Requirements:

• Prior experience in aquarium care, pet shop, or aquatic retail (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of freshwater and/or saltwater fish and tank systems

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift equipment and perform light physical work

• Passion for aquatic life and customer service

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new aquatic trends and systems
