About the Role:

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable staff to join our sweet shop team. The role focuses on customer interaction, store upkeep, billing, and stock handling — no cooking is involved. You will be the face of the store, ensuring customers have a pleasant experience and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner.

• Manage the store front, ensuring cleanliness and attractive product display at all times.

• Handle billing quickly and accurately using POS systems.

• Keep track of stock levels, refill shelves, and inform management about low inventory.

• Ensure all products are stored and displayed as per store standards.

• Assist in packing sweets and other items as per customer orders.

• Maintain store hygiene and follow all safety guidelines.

• Resolve minor customer queries and escalate concerns to management when necessary.

Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).

• Quick learner with good grasping ability.

• Comfortable using billing machines/POS systems (or willing to learn).

• Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
