Job Title: Sales for Apollo-SBI Credit Cards

Who we're looking for:

We need people to sell Apollo-SBI Credit Cards. You'll get good bonuses if you do well!

What you need:

• Education: Finished 12th grade is the minimum, but a college degree is better.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years selling credit cards or other financial products. If you're a fresher (new to this) but have good communication skills, you can also apply!

• Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month, plus good incentives.

• Location: Bangalore & Chennai

What you'll do (main tasks):

Selling in stores (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Talk to customers at Apollo Pharmacy stores.

• Tell them about credit card offers that might be good for them.

• Explain what the card does, who can get it, its benefits, and how to use it.

• Collect customer documents and check them according to rules (KYC).

• Make sure our promotional stuff and brand are visible every day.

Selling out in the field:

• Visit homes, offices, local businesses, and other pharmacies.

• Talk to people to get them interested in credit cards.

• Find new customers by calling them, getting referrals from others, and meeting people.

• Follow up with potential customers and close deals quickly.

Day-to-day work:

• Keep good records of your interactions, applications, and sales.

• Work with our internal teams to get applications approved and help new customers.

• Make sure you follow all banking and government rules when selling and collecting documents.

Skills you need:

• Talk and get along with people very well.

• Good at convincing and negotiating.

• Feel confident when talking to customers directly.

• Be focused on your goals and be able to motivate yourself.

• Understand basic financial products and customer identity rules (KYC).
