Possesses working knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) management for store operations.

Expertise in customer service, including handling grievances, gathering feedback, managing Net Promoter Score (NPS), and working on product improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

Builds strong rapport with VIPs and regular guests through personalized communication such as mailers and phone calls.

Ensures the store is well-maintained and ready for operations.
5.
Has in-depth knowledge of food safety and quality audits, both internal and external.

Capable of handling interactions with government officials efficiently.
7.
Motivates, trains, and guides staff daily, prepares shift rosters, and ensures punctuality in staff shifts.
8.
Maintains food costs within the allocated budget.
9.
Regularly shares necessary reports with the Cluster Manager.
10.
Manages and minimizes variance and wastage, ensuring adherence to outlet hygiene standards as per SOPs.
11.
Oversees opening/closing inventory, sales forecasting, and projections.
12.
Drives sales growth through upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
13.
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination.
14.
Maintain all the Compliance registers at the store and important licenses/documents as per the shops and establishment act.
Preferred Qualification: BHM, BSC in HM or HMCT, Diploma in HM or Graduate in any field.
Experience Required: 5 - 12 years
Preferred Background: Require candidates from the Hospitality sectors mainly from - Food & Beverage, Quick Service Restaurants, Food-Service Restaurants, Café and HORECA.
