Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Team Leader for our Credit Card Division at a leading Government Bank in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will manage a team responsible for credit card sales, customer acquisition, and after-sales service, ensuring performance and compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of field executives or telecallers to drive credit card sales

• Allocate and monitor daily/weekly targets and performance

• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members for high productivity

• Ensure adherence to compliance, KYC norms, and documentation accuracy

• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth application processing

• Prepare daily reports and update management on team performance

• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream (preferred: Finance/Banking background)

• 1 to 3 years of experience in credit card sales or banking sector

• Proven team management and leadership abilities

• Strong sales orientation and communication skills

• Knowledge of KYC norms and RBI guidelines for credit card issuance

• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
