We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and manage
operations across Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) stores for a leading premium
brand. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent sales acumen, and a
deep understanding of retail operations, along with a proven track record in managing
large-scale retail networks.
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring
operational excellence, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and executing brand strategies
across multiple stores. You will lead, mentor, and develop store teams, while also maintaining
alignment with the brand's objectives and targets.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive and exceed sales targets across designated stores.
Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and sales associates to meet sales goals
and performance metrics.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous
development.
Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the retail network.
Organize ongoing training and development programs for store teams.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure all stores operate in line with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure product
availability.
Implement and enforce visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
Conduct store audits to ensure operational compliance, safety, and cleanliness.
Customer Experience:
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained in all stores.
Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve them.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Collaborate with regional and national teams to execute promotional activities,
campaigns, and new product launches.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to keep the brand competitive and
relevant.
Implement local store marketing (LSM) initiatives in line with brand strategies.
Drive the implementation of new operational tools and technologies to enhance
productivity and sales.
Budgeting & Financial Management: Manage and optimize the budget for the area, ensuring cost control while maximizing
profitability.
Monitor and report on financial performance, including sales, expenses, and margin
targets.
Analyze financial data to make informed decisions regarding store operations and
sales strategies.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational
challenges.
Utilize KPIs and data analytics to track progress and make necessary adjustments to
improve results.
Communicate with senior management to align on strategy and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or in a leadership role,
overseeing a large number of stores or locations.
Experience in managing premium or luxury brands is highly desirable.
Proven success in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and managing multi-site
operations.
