As a Retail sales, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will leverage CRM software to track customer interactions, preferences, and sales data to create personalized experiences and engagement strategies.

Qualifications
• Under graduate / Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer service or CRM role, preferably in the jewelry industry
