Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance.

• Provide product demonstrations, explain purity, weight, certification, and pricing.

2. Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and platinum jewellery.

• Understand hallmarking, karat value, gemstone details, and trending designs.

• Stay updated with ongoing promotions, new collections, and brand standards.

3. Store Operations

• Ensure accurate billing, tagging, and handling of jewellery.

• Maintain stock display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

• Assist in daily stock counting and secure handling of valuables.

• Support in store events, festive promotions, and customer engagement activities.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with loyal customers.

• Capture customer data for follow-ups and future sales opportunities.

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

5. Compliance & Process

• Follow all SOPs related to sales, returns, exchanges, and finance.

• Adhere to company standards related to grooming, behaviour, and ethics.

• Ensure security protocols and audit compliance at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum: HSC / Graduate (Preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail (jewellery experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good product knowledge and sales ability.

• Basic computer skills .

• Pleasant personality and customer-first attitude.
