Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Provide detailed information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished regularly.
Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events.
Distribute promotional materials and communicate promotional offers to customers.
