Customer Engagement
Greet and assist customers visiting the Experience Center.
Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Operations
Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to final purchase.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide accurate information about product features, specifications, and pricing.
Product Knowledge
Stay updated on product offerings, inventory levels, and new arrivals.
Communicate key product benefits and unique selling points to customers effectively.
Order Processing and Coordination
Assist customers with order placements and coordinate with the backend team for timely deliveries.
Handle payment processing and maintain accurate transaction records.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
