Job Title: Associate - Telesales
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate – Retail Counter Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers and promoting our laptops and other products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Sales and Revenue Growth: Generate new sales, convert prospects into customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our laptops and other products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns promptly, and providing excellent customer service.
4. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to suggest and develop, implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness whenever necessary.
5. Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stock and minimize waste.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports, analyse sales data, and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
7. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest developments in our products market, including new technologies, competitor activity, and changing customer needs.
8. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome
Requirements:
1. Education: 10th, 12th +
2. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the IT or electronics industry preferable.
3.Skills:
- Good negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
- Ability to work at an optimum capacity, prioritize multiple tasks and meet monthly sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of a CRM software will be an added advantage.
4. Certifications: Certifications in related field.
5. Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good, humble and respectful communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as and when needed.
- Should be proactive and take initiative to support the team and be a team player.
