### Job Title:
Retail Sales Executive / Business Development Executive – Trading (Sintex, Containers) & Prefabricated Units
### Location:
In and around Chengalpattu
### Qualification:
• Trading (Sintex, Containers): Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary) or above.
• Prefab Division: Diploma / Degree/ ITI OR candidates with relevant work experience in retail sales of water tanks/storage tanks.
### Experience:
• 0–3 years (Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered).
• Experience in sales of construction-related products, or industrial will be an added advantage.
### Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for Sintex containers, tanks, and prefabricated structures.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, industrial clients, and other stakeholders.
3. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
4. Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
5. Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/solutions.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
### Skills Required:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• For prefab: Basic understanding of structural drawings and site execution is preferred.
### Other Requirements:
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
