Key Responsibilities:
💎 Customer Service & Sales
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry pieces based on needs and occasions
Build and maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
Upsell and cross-sell products such as watches, jewelry care items, and services (e.g., repairs, customization)
👩💼 Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gemstones, metals, and collections
Communicate the brand story and craftsmanship behind each product
Attend training sessions to stay updated on product lines and new arrivals
Represent the brand’s values through grooming, conduct, and customer engagement
📦 Store Operations
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and daily inventory checks
Maintain cleanliness and security of jewelry counters and display cases
Process transactions through the POS system accurately
Follow all loss prevention and security protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry, watches, or luxury goods
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Polished appearance and strong sense of professionalism
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
