About the Role

We are seeking energetic Freshers ready for customer-facing careers as Gems Retail Executives. Selected candidates will undergo 50 days of intensive, free training before direct placement with India’s top jewellery retailer at a competitive starting salary of ₹2.5 to ₹3 lakhs per annum. Key Responsibilities

• Complete 50 days of structured, hands-on retail and product training with discipline and enthusiasm.

• Warmly welcome and engage with customers in leading jewellery showrooms.

• Understand and present jewellery collections, explain product features, and support customers in their buying decisions.

• Maintain professional grooming, tone, and etiquette at the retail counter.

• Assist in managing inventory, displays, billing, and basic admin as needed.

• Support in achieving showroom sales targets and deliver top-notch customer experience.

• Help maintain high standards of showroom cleanliness, organization, and security.

• Resolve customer queries courteously and escalate as needed to supervisors.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: 12th pass (12+) to any Graduate (any stream welcome).

• Height: Minimum 5’4” (162.5 cm)

• Age: 18 to 27 years preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi/English and local language.

• Passion for customer service and willingness to work in retail.

• Commitment to full-time training & showroom work.

• Positive attitude, honesty, and strong work ethic.

• Prior retail or sales experience is NOT required.
