We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Optometrist to join our team. As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive eye care to our patients, ensuring they receive the best possible vision and ocular health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye examinations to evaluate vision and detect eye diseases.
Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids based on patient needs.
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
Educate patients on proper eye care, contact lens hygiene, and visual ergonomics.
Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals when necessary for co-management or referrals.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in optometry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
D-OPTOM/ D-OPTOM degree from an accredited optometry school.
Valid state license to practice optometry.
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
