Manage store inventory, stock counts, and replenishment.
Monitor and process online orders received through Swiggy, Zomato, and other delivery platforms.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.
Track stock movement and report low-stock items to the concerned team.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain daily sales and transaction records.
Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
