Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging In-Store Promoter (ISP) to represent our brand at a designated retail outlet.
The ISP is a dedicated sell-out specialist, responsible for driving in-store sales through product storytelling, customer engagement & technology-led demonstrations. This full-time role is critical in shaping the customer's purchase journey and delivering an outstanding brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sell-Out & Customer Engagement
Actively engage with walk-in customers to recommend the right products based on their needs and lifestyle.
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based demonstrations.
Build trust and rapport with customers to influence in-store purchase decisions.
Should be able to explain device specifications and Al features through simple, relatable examples that connect with the customer's daily life.
Quallfications & Experience:
• 1-5+ years of retail or field sales experience, preferably in mobile phones, electronics or consumer durables.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
Comfort with using smartphones, retail apps & digital tools.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays & during peak seasons as per retail calendar.
Reporting Structure
• Reports directly to the Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
