Mall Sales Executive –AmazonPay Smart Store

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mall Sales Executive to join our team at Braindezvous Infotech Private Limited. This role involves assisting shoppers, providing detailed product information, managing transactions, and actively promoting sales across multiple retail outlets.

This is a field-based role requiring daily visits to 8-10 stores, so owning a bike is mandatory. The position offers excellent growth opportunities with an attractive in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹29,500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, assisting them with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on product pricing, features, and post-sale services.

• Cross-sell related products and inform customers of current promotions, discounts, and offers.

• Ensure product displays are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.

• Manage merchandise returns and coordinate with stores for smooth stock management.

• Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless customer service.

• Share customer feedback and on-ground insights with the Store Manager.

• Stay informed about new product launches and services.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 months to 6 years in retail, customer service, or sales (Freshers with the right attitude are welcome).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Familiarity with inventory handling and point-of-sale systems.

• Must own a bike and be comfortable with daily travel to 8-10 retail locations.
