Jewellery Store Manager

Job Summary:

The Jewellery Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and drive sales to meet revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of jewellery products, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a luxurious and customer-centric store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing store layout.

• Implement visual merchandising guidelines to showcase jewellery collections effectively.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a personalized shopping experience.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates and support staff.

• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.

Inventory & Stock Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.

• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate inventory records.

• Manage high-value jewellery with strict security measures.

Financial Management:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Manage cash handling, billing, and ensure accuracy in transactions.

• Control store expenses and optimize profitability.

Marketing & Promotions:

• Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and loyalty programs to boost sales.

• Maintain strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury or jewellery sector.

• Strong sales skills with proven ability to meet targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and hallmark certifications.
