Roles

• Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities to drive company growth.

• Act as the link between the company and potential/existing clients.

• Understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Support sales and marketing teams with lead generation and client relationship management with the gold merchants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.

• Use networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.

2. Client Acquisition

• Contact prospective clients to pitch products or services.

• Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and demos.

• Negotiate terms and close deals.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

• Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Gather insights on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior.

• Suggest changes or improvements to sales strategies and products.

5. Sales & Revenue Targets

• Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

• Track and report sales performance metrics to management.

6. Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.

• Share feedback from clients to improve offerings.

7. Administrative Duties

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

• Prepare regular progress reports for management.
