As a Fashion Consultant – POME Jewellery, you will be responsible for providing a personalized and premium shopping experience to clients. You will guide customers in selecting jewellery that complements their style, occasion, and preference while promoting the brand's exclusive collection of precious and ornamental pieces. Your expertise in fashion, trends, and customer service will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Client Styling & Consultation:
Assist customers in choosing jewellery that suits their personality, occasion, and attire.
Offer styling advice based on latest trends and traditional preferences.
Sales & Product Presentation:
Showcase and explain features of gold, diamond, and other POME jewellery pieces.
Upsell and cross-sell based on customer interest and purchase history.
Customer Relationship Building:
Maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and follow-ups.
Handle repeat and HNI customers with warmth and professionalism.
Visual Merchandising & Display:
Ensure jewellery is attractively displayed and aligned with brand aesthetics.
Coordinate with the VM team for new launches and promotions.
Product Knowledge & Training:
Stay updated with product specifications (BIS hallmarking, certifications, trends).
Attend regular training on new arrivals, fashion trends, and luxury etiquette.
Operational Support:
Support billing, order booking, and after-sales services like resizing and polishing.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and display standards in the showroom.
