Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Jewellery Salesman for our showroom. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in gold, silver, or diamond jewellery sales, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of jewellery products and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers visiting the showroom and assist in selecting jewellery

• Provide detailed product information (purity, weight, pricing, making charges, offers)

• Upsell and cross-sell jewellery based on customer preferences

• Maintain attractive and organized jewellery displays

• Handle sales billing and customer data entry if required

• Work towards achieving daily/monthly sales targets

• Build rapport with regular clients and ensure a good shopping experience

• Coordinate with team for stock movement and replenishment

• Ensure security and safe handling of jewellery at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a jewellery showroom (gold/silver/diamond/imitation)

• Knowledge of hallmarking, karat, stone quality, and weight measurement

• Excellent communication and selling skills

• Presentable, honest, and customer-friendly

• Should be able to work on weekends and festive seasons

• Language: Hindi + Local Language (English is a plus)

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
