Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

Sales & Target Achievement:
Actively promote products and services, work to achieve individual and store sales targets, and build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's jewelry offerings, materials, and craftsmanship to inform and assist customers.
Showroom Management:
Ensure the showroom is clean, well-presented, and appealing, with attractive and updated product displays.
Transaction & Stock Management:
Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems, conduct daily stock counts, and assist with inventory management.
Customer Follow-Up:
Follow up with clients after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and cultivate future sales opportunities.
