Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and customer-friendly environment.
Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotation follow-ups, and delivery status updates.
Maintain product displays, sample stocks, and ensure the showroom is visually appealing.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and showroom visits.
Maintain customer databases, issue invoices, and support after-sales service coordination.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, price lists, and promotional campaigns.
Generate daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management review.
