We are seeking a well-spoken, graceful, and customer-psychology–driven Showroom Sales Executive for our luxury jewelry boutique. The ideal candidate should understand premium customer behavior, possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, and create a memorable, high-class buying experience.
Welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and professional etiquette that reflects a luxury brand image.
Understand customer needs and emotional motivations behind jewelry purchases (gifting, weddings, investment, etc.).
Present jewelry collections with storytelling and elegance, highlighting craftsmanship, design, and value.
Should possess customer behavior insights to tailor conversations and influence purchasing decisions subtly.
Build long-term relationships with clients through trust, follow-ups, and personalized service.
Maintain the showroom’s visual aesthetics and ensure all displays meet luxury presentation standards.
Assist clients with product trials, customization requests, and billing processes with discretion and precision.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
Handle customer queries and concerns tactfully while ensuring complete satisfaction.
Stay updated on product lines, gemstones, trends, and luxury retail etiquette.
Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Strong understanding of customer psychology, emotional triggers, and buying behavior.
Exceptional grooming, poise, and a calm yet confident demeanor.
High attention to detail, with a flair for luxury presentation and storytelling.
Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and maintain confidentiality.
Sales-driven mindset with persuasive ability without being pushy.
Polished telephone and written communication for client follow-ups.
Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Retail, or Luxury Brand Management.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in high-end jewelry, watches, fashion, or luxury retail.
Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or jewelry craftsmanship preferred.
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (based on experience and performance)
