Role & responsibilities
Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed interior projects.
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable design solutions.
Handle client meetings, site visits, quotations, and negotiations independently.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and expand a strong client base through networking and referrals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Proven experience in interior sales / residential project sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently close sales deals.
Knowledge of interior design concepts and materials (modular kitchen, wardrobes, flooring, etc.).
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
