Join one of India’s leading financial service providers as an In-Store Sales Executive stationed at Apollo Pharmacy outlets. You'll play a key role in engaging walk-in customers, recommending suitable credit card solutions, and delivering a smooth and informative experience.
Customer Engagement:
Interact with pharmacy customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate credit card products.
Clearly explain card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and usage details.
Build trust through transparent and persuasive communication.
KYC & Documentation:
Collect and verify customer documents following KYC compliance guidelines.
Maintain accuracy in application processing and customer records.
Sales & Promotion:
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure visibility of promotional materials and offers inside the store.
Coordination & Compliance:
Collaborate with internal teams for application approvals and onboarding.
Adhere strictly to banking, regulatory, and documentation standards.
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card/financial product sales. (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive with strong negotiation ability.
Confident in directly engaging with customers.
Goal-oriented and self-driven.
Basic knowledge of financial products and KYC norms.
Fixed salary between ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month.
