Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calls, networking, or online research.

Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to build long-term relationships.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide feedback from customers to management regarding market trends and product improvement.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and payment collections.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is a plus.

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
