About the Role:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to join our team and represent our premium gym product line. This role involves assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, processing sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases

• Provide detailed product information, pricing, and after-sales services

• Promote products through cross-selling and informing about ongoing offers

• Stock shelves, manage returns, and keep display areas organized

• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations

• Share customer feedback with the Store Manager

• Stay informed about new products and updates

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred) or 12th Pass

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail sales (preferably in fitness/gym-related products)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and sales targets

• Comfortable with both morning and evening rotational shifts
