Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customers at the counter and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.
Check goods before dispatch to ensure correct quantity and quality.
Prepare and process bills, invoices, and dispatch documents accurately.
Ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers.
Maintain and update inventory records regularly.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages or discrepancies.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or counter sales preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing.
Attention to detail and ability to handle cash/transactions accurately.
Organized, responsible, and punctual.
