We are looking for some Garment Inhouse Sales Girl ( Only Female Candidate ) within age bracket of 15 years to 30 Years to join our Reputed Garment Brand to assist walk in shoppers, provide fabric quality and design information , process billing transactions, and promote sales . The candidate should have an excellent communication skill with positive attitude and certain other skill sets like 1.Excellent Interpersonal Communication 2.Strong Customer Relationship Building Capability 3. Good Presentation & Demonstration Abilities 4. Sales and Negotiation Skills

5 Knowing to use CRM tools 6. To do photoshoot of the fresh stock arrivals 7. Handling social media accounts and delivering excellent customer service 8. Should have a passion for Sales 9. Should have a hunger to earn incentive 10. Should have the ability to read the customer's mind and suggest the right kind of color , design and dress to the walk in customers . The role offers an in-hand salary of INR 20000 to INR 30000 (Including Accidental Insurance + Life Insurance) + Incentive + One Paid Holiday Trip for 7 Days Every Year with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Up-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Showing and demonstrating garments from existing stock

• If the customer does not purchase, note their preference in the customer feedback register

• Displaying and photo shooting new arrivals for social media promotions

• Having familiarity with latest fashion trends

• Handling Social Media Accounts of the Store

• Packing the garment and generating the bill

• Maintaining and updating the stock register
