Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers

• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

• Cross-sell products

• Ensure racks are fully stocked

• Maintaining Plants Displays

• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

• Develop a deep understanding of the nursery's inventory, including various plant species, fertilizers, pots, gardening tools, and other related products. Stay updated on the latest gardening trends and best practices.

• The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.

Must Have

1. 0-01 years of Experience in Retail Sales

2. Qualifications :- 12th Pass or Graduate - BSC (Botany)

3. Basic computer skills for using Point-of-Sale Systems.
