Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Paint Consultant (Sales) to join our team in Jewar, Noida. The role involves consulting customers on paint products, assisting with product selection based on their needs, and driving sales through effective in-store and on-site engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, contractors, and interior designers.

• Provide expert guidance on paint products, finishes, color combinations, and application techniques.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and service support.

• Maintain stock levels, display arrangements, and overall showroom cleanliness.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and contractors for repeat business.

• Conduct site visits when required to assist with product demonstrations or consultations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; a background in interior design, architecture, or retail sales is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and apply it effectively.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, billing software, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in paint sales, hardware, or building materials industry.

• Knowledge of local languages (Hindi is essential).
