Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and address customer queries at the counter.

Order Packing: Pack food orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation for takeaway or delivery.

Cash Handling: Process payments (cash, card, or digital) and provide correct change to customers.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized counter and packing area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Inventory Support: Assist in checking and restocking packing materials like containers, bags, and utensils.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 10th pass (preferred).

Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided. Experience in customer service or food industry is a plus.

Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Attention to detail for accurate order packing.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift (food packages, supplies).
