Team Member- Job Description Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers and assisting them in picking up their order.
• Delivering a great customer experience.
• Answering customers and managing all carry-out orders.
• This position is relied upon to maintain a calm and positive attitude while also being diligent on expediting orders.
• Checking to ensure each order is prepared for the guest on time and delivery to table.
• Communicate clearly with guests, fellow team members and leaders
. • Explaining products and services to customers.
• Always courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
• Completing tasks and ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand, culture and excellence.
• Assembling and serving food to guests.
• Welcome and identifying customer needs
• Table clearance and sanitization Requirements:
• Minimum education qualification is 10th Pass
. • Should have proper government IDs (eg- Aadhaar, PAN)
