Role Overview:

We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to join our team at Lexxoti India Private Limited for our optical retail store. The candidate will assist walk-in customers, provide accurate information about optical frames, lenses, and eye care products, process transactions, and contribute to the store's sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with product selection, including spectacle frames, sunglasses, and optical lenses.

Provide accurate information on frame materials, lens types, coatings, pricing, and after-sales services.

Recommend suitable products based on customer prescriptions or needs.

Cross-sell related optical accessories and inform customers about offers and promotions.

Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and clean.

Manage merchandise returns and handle customer queries with professionalism.

Coordinate with optometrists and other team members to ensure seamless customer service.

Share customer feedback with the Store Manager.

Stay updated on new eyewear trends, collections, and optical technologies.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

0.5 to 6+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in optical or fashion industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
