✨ Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Counter Sales Staff member to be the face of Frosto Melt. You’ll be responsible for greeting customers, assisting in item selection, processing sales, and ensuring clean packaging and display. You play a key role in creating a delightful experience for our walk-in customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to customers warmly as they enter

• Explain and suggest cakes, pastries, desserts, and combos

• Handle billing, POS, and cash/UPI transactions efficiently

• Pack cakes and items neatly with proper labels

• Keep the display counter clean, stocked, and attractive

• Maintain customer orders, pre-bookings, and follow-up if needed

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order readiness

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the counter and workspace

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass / HSC / Graduate

• Previous experience in a bakery or retail counter (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English

• Friendly, customer-first attitude

• Basic knowledge of billing machines / UPI apps / QR code handling

• Smart, punctual, and organized
